Skew occurs when the X and Y axis of your printer are not perfectly perpendicular to each other. This is a test print to help you calibrate the skew on your printer. This is a great guide for correcting skew in Klipper, and here is a great video from Chris's Basement on skew in Marlin. I recommend not printing too fast as to reduce warping and other errors for more accurate results.
