About this 3D model

I created a text plate that slots into the Eid Mubarak Crescent Moon Model published on Printables – please make sure to download and print this first. For this plate, you can add your own text or images to this one. I have pre-loaded one variation with Ramadan Kareem text (the original has Eid Mubarak text). This one is just a plate with text on one side and admittedly that's not as elegant as the original cut-out-style text, but in a pinch if you want to put a new message onto your beautiful moon, now you can! If you already have a silhouette of your favorite text in black and white, you can use a program like Selva3D to give it depth and create an STL. Ironing is enabled on just the plate in this file (under Object view), remove it to save time, but it may add a better surface – don't forget to use your own calibration for Ironing as it varies from printer to printer!
