Mad Fishmen need someone to keep them in line. The So called "Whips" are elite Kuo Toas, usually offspring of a Deep Priest. They use Mancatchers called Pincers, to capture unruly fishmen, and electrified Whips to punish anyone who displeases the religious hierarchy of the mad Fishfolk. All Miniatures are individually presupported.
