Boost Me Membership UPDATE - I've added a V2 of this design with assembled lower receiver, scope and refitting of the connector on the bottom of the barrel as I was getting feedback that the tolerances were too tight and that it was difficult to assemble. This a cleaner, faster print and I've also added several new paint jobs as well. https://makerworld.com/en/models/248571 Presenting my redux of the Star Wars DL-44 “Han Solo” Blaster. This was a great design worked on by many people before me, so it was an honor working on it and I hope you enjoy! Changes made are quite lengthy and encompassed almost every part to improve the printability, assembly and cosmetic features taken from the original blaster used in the movie as well as replicas made since. Here is a quick list of most of the changes made - Screws in the handles Scope rings Scope lenses Scope adjustment knob - removed the simplified cylinder and replaced it with the previous version with much more detail Keyed scope adjustment knob Split and keyed the scope support for a cleaner faster print Modified knobs on scope support to resemble original Resized the muzzle to fit snugly Added cosmetic screw to muzzle assembly Added cord loop at bottom of handle Filled the hole inside the bottom front for a cleaner print Added a key that was missing between the trigger and bottom front Modified side rail with cutout for bottom front for a parallel connection Keyed side rail for correct positioning Optimized print positions for best result Painted scope adjustment knob to match original Painted handles If you have any issues with this design please let me know, and I'm always open to making improvements so please comment if you have a suggestion!
