This iPhone stand is designed to let you view notifications on your desk or nightstand. The front of the stand features a parabolic sound port that directs sound from the iPhone speakers to the listener. This sound port reflector preserves sound fidelity and high end frequencies. This dock also has a cutout in the back to allow the use of the USB charging cable while the phone is on display. Additionally the phone can be rotated 90-degrees in the stand for movie mode. This stand will accommodate nearly any iPhone or iPhone case. I have tested with the Commander, Otterbox, and gear case. The slot is recessed to fit a case-less iPhone as well. Future Plans: Add a cutout for rubber feet on the bottom. I just purchased some small oval shaped rubber feet to test. Make the angle adjustable. This angle is great for display purposes (like on the night stand) and watching movies but not ergonomic for tapping away on the screen. Please send me your comments and feedback if you print one.
