Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:82800 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=82800 The part which extends into the spool is 51mm OD, the inside diameter of the holder is 8mm. This leaves some room when placed onto a 1/4" smooth rod, or in our case, a 1/4" threaded rod with a tight fitting brass sleeve on the outside. This way 2 of them can be secured to a spool tightly with nuts but still allow the spool to spin freely on the tube. Picture of the part is printed on my printrbot simple at 0.2mm layers with 0.1 honeycomb infill density.
