About this 3D model

Summary After the third attempt, I was finally able to print a replacement holder for my broom that also withstands mechanical stresses The first attempt in PLA fit wonderfully but immediately broke at the transition from the handle to the lower part during the first sweeping attempt This was probably also due to the fact that the layers were printed upwards parallel to the lower part The second attempt with ABS also unfortunately did not withstand the mechanical stresses, even though the infill was increased to 50% and the "broom piece" was printed rotated by 90° The screw-on cap held perfectly in both attempts Since we now also have a resin printer, an attempt was made with this material, and lo and behold, with 100% infill, the holder holds and does not break apart immediately when sweeping Only the PLA cap had to be enlarged by 1% because the dimensional accuracy between the resin and PLA printer did not match exactly With the larger cap (Besenstielhalterung Kappe v6-Resin.step), the cap can be screwed on well Versions v3 were printed dimensionally accurately on the Bambu Lab P1S Please leave me a comment or tips regarding the strength or optimization of the FDM printed holder Print Settings Printer: Bambu Lab P1S and Creality LD-002H Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.05 and 0.2mm Infill: 50%-100% Filament: - PLA and Resin - Notes: Printer: Cap - Bambu Lab P1S at 0.2 mm with PLA Holder - Creality LD-002H at 0.05 mm with standard Resin
