NOTE! The 2026 Bambu Studio seems to slice differently compared to the 2024 version. This results in supports in the original print profile. Please do not print with supports. Either deactivate them or use the second print profile. These are my all-terrain wheel designs for the WORX Landroid, based on the original wheels. They fit WR141E / WR142E / WR143E, WR165E / WR167E, and potentially other robots from WORX or similar robotic mower companies. You can print directly onto the rim. A pause is included at layer 188. You can add some glue or 3DLACK to the rim for better bed adhesion, but it also works fine without. I printed with 30%, 10%, 30% fan speeds to avoid warping from rapid cooling. You can also add weight to the rim to increase traction, but I would recommend a maximum of 2.8kg for the complete wheelset (this is the maximum specified by WORX for their improved wheel types).
