About this 3D model

Two important parts that support the rotating shaft of a jet engine are "Bearings" and 'Oil seals."I previously modeled "Bearings" as "Jet engine components (12): Bearings, Turbofan Engine, Main."This time, I modeled the following 3 representative types of "Oil Seals." ・Carbon Seal (Face Type) ・Labyrinth Seal ・Brush Seal A. Features of this model Comparison of their features is shown in the table attached. B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 9 pages) The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)". C. Purchase Parts 1. Coil Spring: 0.3mm (wire) x 4mm (dia.) x 5mm (free Length). - Carbon Seal only 2. Screws M1.4, M2, M3 "Tapping" is required for M2, M3 Screws. D. STL file Total STL files are 27 items including the tools. “ws” of last 2 digits of file name means “With Support” special designed. E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 72 HR - (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support) Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience. F. Printing settings Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience. My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA. I do hope your success!!
