About this 3D model

Available sizes Small – 1:10 of the actual size | Normal, Hollow & Pre-supported versions Description Anchiornis huxleyi was a small, feathered dinosaur from the Late Jurassic period, about 160 million years ago, discovered in Liaoning, China. Roughly the size of a pigeon, it had long feathers on its arms, legs, and tail, giving it a four-winged appearance. These features suggest it was capable of gliding or controlled flight between trees. Anchiornis had a slender body, a long tail for balance, and sharp teeth suited for catching insects and small prey. Remarkably preserved fossils have revealed its feather colors—black, white, and reddish-brown—making it the first dinosaur with its coloration accurately reconstructed. Additional Details Chitubox file provided if you want to resize the model. Care should be taken when removing supports. Using a heat gun or a blow dryer is highly recommended.
