Novelty item! This is a full range of the original Pear Gauge, sized from 1.7" in diameter to 2.25" (43.1mm-57.1mm). They all have the same internal dimensions to accommodate for your glans, and they're all the same overall height. The only thing that changes between each of the models is the maximum external diameter. These do not have a frenulum notch. The files are labeled without the decimal, so 2.15"= 215
