Second version of the Intake heatshield for a BMW E46 This version is 5mm thick, has a better geometry that hugs around the coolant expansion tank, the MAF sensor slots in from the front and lines up better with the oem intake hose. I also printed a hose elbow connector in TPU to join the air filter to the MAF sensor for tighter packaging I would also recommend adding a strip of foam on the underside so it doesn't scratch the paint. Since it didn't fit on my printer I cut it into 2 parts in the slicer and then glued them together using 2-part epoxy and reinforced the joint with plastic welder staples.
