Where most guardians of the White Tower are shaped by their mistress on high, their bodies warped and molded through long periods of deep slumber at the core of her demesne; the Sanctum Guard are sequestered elsewhere: for they belong first to Alassarh above all, their forms shaped by they who were first shaped Reflections of a brighter reflection, the Sanctum Guard exhibit the traits therefore of Alassarh: gleaming quasi-divine paladins that carved their way first through the Wars of Ascension and the final assault on Morohw; their blades carved with the hopeful founding mythologies of the Hierachy and their armour swathed in opulent cloth and adorned in the manner of the great paragons of old. Sometimes accompanying the Sanctum Guard, the Sanctum Stalkers are likewise paler reflections; not of man however but the great gene-forged beast Karsum who looms in the shadow of Alassarh. These mysterious creatures wander silently through the halls and ships given over to the First’s command, shrouded eyes watching all that comes and goes within. On the battlefield they move with an odd fluidity, forms obscured by cloth, but jaws no less lethal for having been hidden behind a mask. In this kit are the pieces to make 5 Vestalian Sanctum Guard and 3 Sanctum Stalker. The Sanctum Guard come with the options of their Warglaives or Warspears, and are compatible with the other infantry sized Vestalian models (The Keepers and Keeper Sentinels at time of writing). The Sanctum Guard are intended for 40mm bases and the Stalkers 50mm. The included presupports have .LYS files so that you can best optimize them for your own printing setup
