The Mantis Knights are the most feared servants of the Yellow King. They were veteran fighters in their former lifes, lords and ladies of war and conquest. All of them have once fallen in battle against his forces, and in a mockery of their futile resistance he has risen them again, bound to his will by the cursed sickness in their veins. Some say that a fraction of their former conscience remains and has to witness the horrors they cause in his name without any chance of interference. Armed to the teeth and in heavy armor, they are ruthless and capable fighters and lead the armies of the Yellow King wherever he commands them. A few of them have been slain over the centuries, but in his endless war he has no shortage of suitable fallen heroes to turn into new Mantis Knights.
