Replace a broken plastic key head with a durable cover. This design allows you to fix your own key by embedding it directly into the print – creating a solid, permanent connection. The project includes a pre-set pause: the printer will stop automatically before applying the upper layers. At this stage, the metal key must be placed into the opening, and then the print can be resumed. The result: a robust, integrated key head with a round profile, keyring hole, and space for the key number to remain visible. Important: if the key is bent upwards, straighten it first to prevent the printhead from colliding with the metal during the process.
