About this 3D model

The Visco machine is designed with compact dimensions, and all models are optimized for perfect assembly when 3D printed on FDM printers. Some areas require supports to ensure high print quality and precise assembly. Include .obj, .skp, .3mf +all .stl files! The following bearings and additional materials are required for assembly: 696ZZ bearings — 5 pcs (15×6×5 mm) 6000-2RS bearings — 4 pcs (10×26×8 mm) GT2 belt, 10 mm wide Steel rod Ø3 mm — 22 pieces, each 40 mm long Ball bearings (loose balls) Ø7 mm — 46 pcs large wheels: 17 pcs each small wheel: 12 pcs a printable bearing model is included in the set A small number of M3, M4, M5 bolts, as well as standard screws GT2 Belt Assembly: The belt must be routed in a loop, cut at an angle at the joint, and glued. It is recommended to apply a reinforcing patch on the backside and sew the belt with thread for reliable fixation. Slight belt tension is preferred to prevent tooth slippage. Visco Fuse Lacquer Applicator: A separate lacquer applicator model is included. It is recommended to wrap one turn of the fuse around the spool and loosen the fuse thread beforehand so it does not wind tightly onto the spool — the lacquer dries quickly, and unwinding the spool afterward may become difficult. Usage: The machine is suitable for both dry and wet powder compositions. For dry compositions, funnels with a 3.8 mm diameter work best. For wet compositions, 3 mm funnels are recommended.
