About this 3D model

My boss just loved this "motivational picture" and used to add it on his presentations. He was retiring last week, so I made a desktop 3D version of it for him. I am sure he will put it on his desk when he comes back out of retirement....as they always do. I do not really expect anyone to make another one, but maybe serve as inspriration on how to make something similar. See my instructions below on how I made and finished it.
