The Velbon QB-4L Quick Release Plate fits the CX-444, CX-460, Sony VCT-D580RM, Sony VCT-R640I tripods. You will need a 1/4"-20 camera screw or similar, with circlip. A quick release plate can be kept attached to the camera's base and allows the user to quickly and easily attach or remove the camera from the tripod without having to waste time fumbling with the threaded mount.
