About this 3D model

A customized Nokia Lumia 820 shell, with a generated nautilus pattern embossed onto the back! I want to print this out using Shapeways, in real plastic and ... gold? I have done my best to make this as open as possible, so attached is the original pattern and solidworks file that I used to generate this shell. This design was an offshoot of a custom design my friend wanted me to produce for him.
