About this 3D model
This is a typical example for an ideal use of a 3D printer, like printing spare parts. Especially if they are out of stock and you can't buy them anymore. And there is a big advantage, you can make them better, more stable and you have the possibility to adapt them to your needs. In this case the left mount of a screen has been broken. I decided to separate the fastening angle from the mount housing so it is adjustable to warping walls or ceilings. The screen was mounted to the wall before, now it is mounted to the ceiling. With more distance to the wall there is room for pictures. The right mount has a metallic bush bearing. Therefore we didn't replaced the complete mount housing but only the angle. That means you have to cut the integrated angles and to drill 4 holes for the new fastening angle. For this the left mount housing is suitable as drill template Inside you can use the M4 pocket strap for the nuts. The large mounting angle is not suitable for fastening to the wall. The hole spacing is too small for this weight. If you want a more stable one, just tell me. You don't need to add nuts between the angle and the mount cap as shown in the pictures. And please don't use such long screws if you have shorter ones ;-)
