About this 3D model
Precision/engineering level based on a HACCURY lens (4''/2mm precision) bought on Aliexpress (10€). Necessary to perform geometry and guide rail placement for a digital milling machine, for 10 times less if placed on a precision ruler. The small axial level is a classic 29x10x10 (1€). It is necessary to cut and then drill/assemble two flexible tabs (can lid or strap for example) to make the upper and lower spring slats. Three micro screws for the slats, one M3x10mm for the adjustment. The adjustment is done with the screw, so that the bubble is in the same place by turning the level 180°. A square attached to a work surface is used to reposition the level to the same location when flipping. Two 6x1.5mm neodymium magnets can be glued underneath, in order to fix the level to a square or precision ruler. The side stops may need a slight sanding depending on your print settings so as not to interfere with the movement of the glass.
