I need to change my filament over quickly as i leave the extruder hot. So I want a very quick and easy roller system for the reel. It rumbles a bit when the filament is pulled but it does not freewheel which is also what i was trying to achive. I let the filament feed from underneath thus lifting the reel a bit . The bearings are simply 1/16 inch welding rods bent 90 degrees and taped on the back. Infinatly adjustable with 8mm threaded studding. PLA fast fo the Beams as long as it stays on the bed.Fine print for the rollers. They may need a little work to get rid of any Zitts. make sure the rollers spin freely on the pins after you solvent weld them them.
