About this 3D model

Universal roller stand for filament spools. This was designed originally for my Afinia h479. I created a encloser with power ventalation to outside. The encloser was to small to use a spindle spool holder. I created this to set inside encloser and be able to load any size spool that I had. The pictures are of the oringial done on the Afinia but the print setups are from Simplify3d set up for the Creator Pro. (2 Roller Stand are needed for Dual Extruders on Creator) Unit shown parts were printed as a group using ABS at .4 Layer hieght. (New are printed at .3 Layer hieght on New Creator Pro.) Parts Needed for Bearing instalation: 4 - 624Z 4mm x 13mm x 5mm Single Row Shielded Deep Groove Ball Bearings (Bought on Amazon) 4 - no 8 X 1" macine screws 4- No.8 hex Lock Nuts 8 - No. 8 Flat washers. Place 1 Flat washer on screw against head. Insert screew through hole in spacer with larger flange against head and washer. Place bearing on screw with inner race against small end of spacer. Place flat washer against inner race of bearing then srew on lock nut. Tighten but make sure bearing spins easily. Press bearing assembly into end of Roller with spacer facing out. This spacer is to be seated in the slot in the Stand. Repeat for all 4 roller bearings.
