About this 3D model

Building on the design ideas of other whistles, I'm seeing 105dB on my phone's meter. Prints well at 0.1-0.2mm, no supports required. Make sure the rotor is free from elephant-footing and can spin freely. A small dot of oil on the center shaft will help it run smoothly. Quite loud and responsive, actually.
