Layer height form 0.1-0.2mm work fine. Do not add support. There are two small supports already there under the double-conical rotor for support as it's printing, just remove those after. After printing gently-ish work the rotor around, back and forth until it spins from blowing through. I used a small screwdriver from underneath to add a bit of pressure to work the parts in a bit. After it spins by blowing through, a small dot of oil added to the shaft area from the bottom will help it spin well.
