Background This is a remix to several spool desiccant containers. I re-drew this one specifically for the Bambu Lab Re-Usable Spools. I changed the diameters and lengths for better fitment into the Bambu Lab spool. I also adjusted the threads and made them with a 45 degree thread angle so you do not need supports nor finely tuned overhangs to produce good results. I adjusted the thread lead-in and lead-outs for a cleaner look. Designed the end caps to match the hole pitch of the holes in the Bambu spool. Added press-fit features for the end caps to help securely hold them into place. Use Instructions Press-fit the end caps into each of the corresponding body components, ensuring to align the pins of the body with the holes on the caps. You can use a couple drops of superglue around the pins if you ware worried about the caps becoming dislodged. Insert the female body & cap assembly into the spool Fill the female assembly with desiccant beads up to the bottom of the thread line (this ensures the cap will thread and in also let the beads tumble as the roll rotates). Thread the male body & cap assembly into the female assembly.
