A simple slim wallet that holds cards and cash with an elastic band. I printed one for my brother and he has been using it for almost a year without any issues. This wallet requires an elastic band (20mm wide or ¾") - we went to Hobby Lobby and got one for $2.29. - You could also find the band on Amazon .
