About this 3D model

Completely 3D printable bank card wallet for 5 credit cards and ejection feature. Nice modern look and stylish as well. Created and designed in Fusion 360. Update(Feb 2026): new improved design published since some of you had problems with printing the side latches and fitting the cards now latches combined with bottom frame into one printable piece (makes assembling much easier) Filament: Extrudr Pla black & yellow Resolution: 0.15mm for all parts Printing time: ~3-4 hrs Both frame parts must be glued together Important information: Your printer has to be dialed in correctly for the tight tolerances to work! Otherwise it could be, that the cards are stuck too tight and cant be ejected easily or the other way around: the cards fall out too easily 3D PRINTING SETTINGS Both of the Wallet's Frame can each be printed with flat side faced the bed. No supports needed there. ejector should be placed on the side (90°), so that the axis of the pins is parallel to the build platform. this ensures the maximum strength and prevents the pins from breaking of when the mechanism is used. Support is needed everywhere. Infill: Frame: 30-50% Ejector: 100% or high number of walls
