About this 3D model

My entry for the Nintendo Switch Design Contest. Over 20 prototypes were built to tune the ergonomics of this grip as well as the fit. The goal of the design was to have the most comfortable grip possible while increasing portability, retaining the player indicator lights, and allowing the player to once again feel the HD rumble like it was inteded. This design is the blank on front to avoid copyright issues. I have included a template file of a flattened front that can be used to make vinyl cut stickers that fit the front surface. You could also use an adhesive veneer or cut out a spray paint template to customize this grip. This was designed in Rhinocerous 3D, and printed on various machines.
