About this 3D model

This is a J cup protector designed to fit the Titan Fitness branded version for their X3 rack with a single mounting screw. It may fit other brands with a single mounting screw and 3x3 uprights. This protects your barbell when re-racking since they only come with UHMW on the top. Consider this a wear item and it will require replacement over time if you put heavy weight on it. I have had up to 340lbs on PLA versions with 3 walls. That lasted about 3 years (lifting 4 times per week) before I wore enough down with the knurling on my barbell that I was worried about the mounting screw scratching my barbell. I printed the latest version in Polymaker Polylite ABS at 0.32mm layer height with 5 walls and 50% infill. It did not require supports around the mounting screw hole.
