I often find myself having to remove blanking plugs. Using a coin is a nuisance and using a regular screwdriver messes them up. There are a number of options included, both flat and cross bladed, the file names describe the thickness of the blades and the width across them, but you can easily scale to suit your own needs. The thicnkesses of the blades are multiples of 0.4mm so that they can easily be printed solid by increasing the number of walls, while you could get away without any infil in the handle.
