This spool holder is designed to accommodate 1kg but also 250g spool. I used two ball berarings with this dimension: Outer diameter: 28mm Internal diameter: 12mm Thickness: 8mm I didn't use any type of glue, if the bearing measurements are correct, it should fit perfectly. Take the "STOPPED PIECE" piece and insert a bearing into the innermost part. Take the "ROLLING PIECE" piece and pass it through the other piece, until it fits into the previously fixed bearing (the R must be facing outwards). Finally, take the second bearing and insert it so that the two pieces fit together. Lastly, all you have to do is secure everything with the "NUT" piece, and everything will be ready.
