Silicone nozzle wiper for X1 and P1 series. Works much better in my testing than original nozzle wiper with PTFE tube. What will I need? You will need silicone square 14x14x2mm. There are plenty of 2mm silicone sheets on AliExpress and Amazon, but you will need to try few to find decent properties. How to print? I would recommend printing Nozzle wiper with ABS/ASA. It can be printed with PETG also, but it may warp over time due to nozzle temperatures. For cutting jig, just print it with anything you like and snap it together. You can even glue it with some CA glue if you want to. How to use? Put cutter on silicone sheet as shown on the photo and cut it with you bed scraper you got with your printer, or if you dont have one, use some sharp utility knife. Put silicone square in Nozzle wiper and screw it in the place where original nozzle wiper goes.
