About this 3D model

This is a child sarcophagus from Baalbeck, Lebanon. It is decorated with two gorgon heads. In Greek mythology, a gorgon is a female creature, commonly understood to have venomous living snakes for hair and the ability to turn people to stone with her eyes. The famous Medusa is one of the three main gorgons.
