This Knife Guide is designed to assist in cutting up ingredients for people with arthritis. It allows them to use the guide as a grip instead of the top of the knife. The cost of this print in about $0.53 in plastic and about $1.00 in nuts and bolts. Similar devices sell for $10.00 online. I included both a 3mm and 2mm spacer.
