Hexagon Desiccant Containers – Stand-alone or for Honeycomb Wall 3D Printed Parts 1 x Large Desiccant Container 1 x Large Desiccant Container Lid 1 x Small Desiccant Container 1 x Small Desiccant Container Lid 4 x Inner Container Connectors 3D Printed Parts Options Option 1 1 x Stand (for stand-alone, place anywhere) Option 2 2 x Honeycomb Wall Connectors(Normal Wall Orientation)(marked with T for top connector and B for bottom connector) Option 3 2 x Honeycomb Wall Connectors(90 Degrees Rotated Wall Orientation)(no markings) Parts Needed 1 x Round Hygrometer with clips at 5 and 11 o'clock positions(viewed from the front) 325g approx. of Orange Desiccant/Silicon Beads(re-usable) Desiccant Amounts Needed for individual containers Small Hexagonal Container = 90g approx. Large Hexagonal Container = 235g approx. Filaments Used eSun PETG Transparent Blue Geeetech PETG Transparent Print Settings Layer Height = 0.2mm Walls = 4 for large container and lid(1.6mm), 3 walls for small container and lid(1.2mm) Support is only needed for the large container. Use Hybrid Tree, on build plate only, remove small overhangs. Assembly Instructions 1. Slide the 4 Inner Supports, pointy part upwards into the slots on the side of the Small Desiccant Container. 2. Slide the small container with supports now attached, downwards into the centre of the large container, rotate and align with the slots on the inside. 3. Fill up with fresh silica gel/desiccant beads to approximately 5mm from the top, use the funnel in each of the corners of the containers. Place the lids. 4. Slide the connectors on the back of the large containers, downwards into your choice of either the stand-alone stand or the two honeycomb wall connectors.
