I used tubes with a diameter of 8 mm, a wall thickness of 1 mm. Anodized aluminum. Threaded stud - M5 length 110 mm. Rubber substrate can be printed with soft filaments. Some parts have to be glued together, but I'm sure you can do it :) In principle, it was possible to make clamps and thinner, but I was reinsured and made a margin of safety.
