About this 3D model

My Falcons front bumper got ripped off from a concrete bump stop that was installed backward. So I designed and printed these as a way to hold the bumper on. Uses M5 Riv Nuts in the panels and M5 Bolts with a dome phillips head and a flat bottom section with some M5 lock washers. I also used some clear 3M double sided tape under the printed parts. Be carefull not to over tighten the riv nuts in the plastic panels as they will tear out. Thread on to riv nut tool thread until thread starts to come out of riv sert, then insert into drilled hole and crimp. The ones in the metal panels can be a little bit more crimped so thread them on about 2mm further then crimp. Edit: Had the original rectangular ones on the car using flexible filament for about a year. Finally needed to replace them after they let go. Decided to redesign them for printing in PLA. Uses the same 2 holes and spacing, so can replace existing ones. Can use up to a 6mm zip tie for extra strength. I use one or 2 6mm Zip ties to go around the two circles, then another zip tie to go around the middle section to act as a tentioner. I.E Turning a Circle into a figure 8.
