About this 3D model

02/09/2023 Added Pushfit to the arm, there are 2 versions: PC4-M6 shared by Micha (thanks you again) PC4-M10 as various users ask it Printed with @0.12mm, 3 perimeters. 27/05/2023 I'm happy to share the V2 of my design. I corrected some small design errors that led to a too high angle of the spool holder, thank you for all your feedback I added a filament holder that can be printed separately and is inserted into the arm, PTFE tube can be inserted to guide the filament to the extruder or a splitter I've added a version compatible with P1P ARC, thanks to @AllanFonroques who helped me test this model on his printer. P1P ARC version is very similar to X1 version with the exception of a few changes needed to adapt to acrylic panels: How to print and use: Make sure the print is strong and rigid, I've printed mine with 4 perimeters, 0.2mm layer height 5 top/down layers, cubic (or gyroid) infill. The filament guide just fits into arms, you can glue it but it's not necessary PTFE tube is pushed into the hole, tolerance may vary depending on your filament and printer calibration PS: I didn't update variants 1 and 3 because I think that the top hook doesn't add much ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 24/12/2022 A spool holder that allows you to put the spool on the side of the X1 by using the arm provided by Bambu Lab or by printing your own arm with bearing. I remixed Enrique182's design and created 4 variants, all of them allow to install the coil on the left side of the printer in a fast and safe way. The 4 variants screw into the back of the X1 at the location for the original arm, I used M3x16 but other lengths work too. Now let's get to the differences: Variant 1: Reuse of the arm supplied by BBL. The model has a small hook on the upper part to support and relieve the holding screws. The screw holes are of the "slot" type, this allows a personalized adjustment in case you want to glue foam for example Variant 2: Same as before but the model doesn't have the hook. Variant 3: Same as Variant 1 but for those who prefer spool holders with bearings, I remixed HugoG's excellent model, you will only need to print the roll ( https://prusaverse-s3-production-eu-central-1.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/media/prints/174620/stls/1639810_019caaca-12da-4182-a7ab-56ae2902195a/3dpnfilholdroller.stl ) and follow his instructions Variant 4: A mix between variant 2 & 3, no hook and the arm with bearing I have only tested variant 1 with the following parameters: PLA Sunlu 0.2 default profile 3 perimeters Infill 25% gyroid
