About this 3D model

This project deals with the design and prototyping of a PV solar tracker that has been optimised by using a detachable Fresnel Lens. Installing a solar panel is sometimes not viable due to weather conditions, for instance, when the climate is too cloudy, and the sun is not shinning, the power output decreases significantly in the system. To avoid this power decay, a solar tracker along with a magnifying glass can be used to increase the light input into the solar cells and therefore boost the power output in the system regardless the weather conditions.
