Here is a pattern I used to cast a sand rammer. This file is only one side, with 1/4" holes underneath. Print 2 of them, use the pin holes to center them in the flask during sand ramming, and enjoy your new sand rammer! This pattern has a few degrees of draft, but I had a little trouble removing from the mold. Perhaps it needs a little more draft, but the casting did turn out ok. I printed it with .10mm layers, 10% infill. The nicer you print the pattern, the less "processing" it will require to get a good pattern. Remember, your casting is only as good as your pattern.
