square panel wood dowel joint. for use with 7/8" wood dowels. dowels can be purchased at home depot. I use 1" coarse thread screw to fasten dowel to polypanel. I Also made a version where dowel can go through joint. That version has a larger hole to be able to rotate freely despite the variations in dowel diameter. It can be used for making a pivot point (wheels, pulleys, levers, gears...etc).
