About this 3D model

Here, a young boy sits with a cage in his left hand, and next to his leg sits a dead bird. The sculpture serves as a design reference model for a final, perfected version which is currently exhibited in the Lourvre, made of marble (whereas this is made from Limestone). The boy represents the son of banker Jean Paris de Momartel.
