About this 3D model
I've created this holder to protect my filament, it has an integrated DHT22 humidity sensor wihch is displaying the humidity on a led bar using an Arduino Uno. When the humidity is to high I know that the silica gel must be replaced/dryed. For the body I've used 2mm hobby glass (plexyglass), the rest of the componets were printed in PLA, the joints were sealed with a hotglue gun. The filament holder was printed in 3 pieces, the two rings and the shaft, the shaft is fixed with 4 3mm wood screws to one of the rings, and it's resting on two bearings, this provides a smoth rotation. The inner and outer supports are fixed with 6 M3 screws. List of additional parts used: - arduino Uno - DHT22 sensor - a bounch of jumer cables - led bar - 2mm hobbyglass, 2 50x50mm sheets - 12x8x3 bearings, 2 pieces - M3 screws, 6 pieces - M3 nuts, 6 pieces - 3mm wood screw, 4 pieces Keep it safe, keep it dry :)
