This is a fan powerfull enough to blow you away. Basically, this is a fan housing containing a high performance drone motor.Everything is held together with two screws left and right on the housing.I will not provide a stand for the case as it is possible that the motor will produce more than 2kg of thrust. So there is no general solution to mounting this thing reliable to a desk. The fan is capable of reaching wind speeds of over 150 km/h. So be careful when using the fan.
