This jig is used to drill a hole in the center of an edge. used when you want to connect two pieces of wood side by side with dowels. Instructions : 1. print the jig body. 2. print the bearing 2 times. 3. print the bearing cap 2 times. 4 insert the bearing into the body. 5. carefully lock the bearing with the cap. it shuld make a very tight fit with no glue required. The jig can accept up to 60mm thick material. the hole is 4mm in diameter used to drill the center pilot hole and then you can make the hole bigger with a bigger drill bit.
