About this 3D model

Inspired from Kreg True-FLEX™ Featherboards There are two versions, « TF_Featherboard_Easy_to_print.stl » is easier to print but need a little more material (~15%). « TF_Featherboard.stl » need less material, but is a little harder to print (warping, stringing,...) and longer. Use it if your printer is well adjusted. Use 100% infill for this one. Support are optionals, but helps for the hoverang sections. You can print many featherboard and stack them, just use two « TF_Spacer.stl » between each. You can stack 2, 3, 4... or more featherboards, usefull for resawing big parts on a bandsaw for example. For T-Track/T-Slot you can use a 1/4-20 hex bolt, the lenght depend of how many featherboard you stack. For miter gauge track, I provide an 'adapter' that works with 1/4-20 hex bolts too Also, I designed a knob for a 1/4-20 nut. Print with tought material (abs, petg,...), remember it is a safety part !
