About this 3D model

Adapter block that screws onto the end of a boom pole or any other standard microphone mount with 5/8"-27 threads. It gives you two cold shoe mounts. It's useful to mount equipment such as microphones and recorders that were designed to mount onto a DSLR's hot shoe. Two mounts allows you to have both the microphone and the recorder at the end of the pole bypassing the need for a long audio extension cable. The shoe mount slot is slightly wider to allow any orientation (in 90-degree increments) to give the greatest flexibility to position your microphone. Fusion 360 Design File Included! Printing at 0.1mm layer height seems good enough for the 27 TPI thread pitch on my print.
