Summary I created a less rugged alternative headlight cover for this AliExpress headlight. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004830554886.html Print Settings Printer brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3S Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 15% - 20% Filament brand: Any Filament color: Any Filament material: PLA or PETG Notes: I used black matte PLA. I'm not sure if it will survive high temperatures in the summer, if not I will go to PETG.
