About this 3D model

I have made my previous version slimmer to the back of the printer and moved along so it over hangs to corner less. This means that the stock length of the Bowden tube can now go straight in to the splitter, rather that having to use a coupler. However the big optimisation is the filament path in the splitter. I did a print with about 1200 filament swaps and had a couple of occasion when the filament wouldn't load, so the AMS paused the print. I found that if the filament was cut a certain way and the spool had a twist a certain way and the PTFE tube was not fully pushed home, it was possible that the filament could catch the inlet wall of the splitter. Normally resuming the print would fix it but didn't want to live with this option so I have smoothed out the inlet filament path. You can see this if you slice the 2 models, the old one had a few small overhangs - these have now gone.
